Full-Time Maintenance

We are seeking a hardworking, dependable individual to join our team for full-time maintenance operations in the York area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys active, handson work and values the independence that comes with managing daily tasks across multiple sites. If you take pride in keeping facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained, we want to hear from you.

This role involves general maintenance duties that include, but are not limited to, changing lamppost bulbs, accurately recording utility meter readings, updating or installing signage, and assisting operations staff with home cleanouts. Additional responsibilities include removing debris, monitoring site conditions, and helping ensure that all properties remain in good order for residents and visitors.

The qualified candidate must be able to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and provide their own vehicle for daily travel between locations.

Compensation & Benefits
• $18.00 per hour
