Freedom Health Club, Inc. is seeking an experienced Projects Manager to plan, execute, and manage strategic initiatives that drive improved financial performance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance within our adult senior care programs. This full-time position supports cross-functional teams and leaders to translate organizational goals into measurable project outcomes.

Role Overview

The Projects Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and performing resource planning to ensure fiscally sound decisions. Candidates must be able to present complex financial and operational information clearly to both frontline staff and senior management, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement project plans that align with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial modeling, forecast scenarios, and cost-benefit analyses to guide investments and operational changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations summarizing progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Oversee vendor contracts, monitor performance, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Maintain thorough documentation aligned with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Utilize project management tools to track milestones, dependencies, budgets, and to identify and mitigate risks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
