Director of Education & Public Programs The Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniatures (TMTM) Tucson, Arizona Position: Full-Time and On-site Position Summary The Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniatures (TMTM) seeks a creative, collaborative, and audience-centered Director of Education & Public Programs to lead the development and implementation of engaging educational experiences for visitors of all ages. This role shapes how our community connects with the art of miniatures-through school programs, public offerings, and interpretive strategies that are welcoming, relevant, and accessible. The Director of Education & Public Programs will work across departments to ensure that learning is integrated throughout the visitor experience and aligned with the Museum's mission and values. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $55,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience As an employee of The Mini Time Machine Museum, you are also eligible for our benefits program, which includes medical and dental insurance, vacation, holidays and other benefits which will be described in more detail in the employee handbook.
