FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines across various publications.

• Create content for print and online platforms.

• Balance client needs with company content standards.

• Work with clients across a wide range of industries.

• Conduct interviews with clients in person, over the phone (voice/text), or via email.

• Compose written content and take photographs as needed.

• Learn and adhere to company systems and processes.

EXPECTATIONS

• Experience creating content for both print and digital platforms.

• Comfortable working with clients of all industries.

• Basic knowledge of HTML editing, website management, social media, SEO management, and email newsletter platforms preferred.
