We are seeking a friendly, reliable Receptionist to join our team. This is a yearround position, available part-time or full-time. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and bilingual (preferred).

Responsibilities:
Assist the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Prepare and send quotes
Run local errands as needed
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Provide general office support to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Dependable and professional demeanor
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
