Chief Wastewater Plant Operator

The City of Ingleside is seeking a qualified Chief Wastewater Plant Operator to oversee wastewater treatment plant and collection system operations, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain equipment, direct treatment processes, and manage plant personnel and reporting requirements.

Salary Range: $69,180.00 $88,296.00 annually
(Based on experience, certifications, and education.)

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• TCEQ Class B Wastewater License
• Valid Texas Class B Driver License
• Minimum 5 years of wastewater operations experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to obtain National Stormwater Center Stormwater Inspector Certification within two years of hire
